My name is Lawan Varijananda. I am an executive coach who is passionate about providing coaching and consulting services to leaders on the principles of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and relationship management to create lives they love and careers that thrive. Based on over 10 years of coaching experience, with both brain base and heart base coaching, leaders who work with me are perceived as an authentic leader and a decision-maker, using their full potential, as well as improving collaboration. Their standing has impact which empowers the people in their lives.

Another one of my professional skills is certified Financial Planner, CFP®. I have my own financial team which is outstanding in the industry. By using coaching process, members of the team are effective in using deep listening, direct communication based on compassion, reflecting each other by using the right questions. These skills help us get trust from clients and increase our sales volume. My team grows up fast. Each team member is ready to learn and step up to be in management level. Moreover, in the world class level, I and other 3 team members are the speakers of Million Dollar Round Table Annual Meeting which is arranged in USA and Canada.
